Teaching Philosophy

To create a productive and spiritual generation for the society is my principal intention. As a Muslim country I strongly believe that a good discipline is very important to accomplish this objective.

As a teacher I would maintain the class discipline and always advice students about the appropriate path. More over by showing them the good example is the elite way to guide them. Being a role model and following the footsteps of the role models is another method to guide them to this path.

Low level to high-level activities can be organized in the class and there should be lot of discussion in the class to motivate them for learning. The activities and teaching methods will be based on student centered learning so that they can learn by doing. In class the students would be co-discoverers. On the other hand there can be assessments, checklist and feedback forms to access the progression of the students. More over giving positive feedback also encourage students to be extra motivated to do the work in the class.

In addition to this I would be extra tolerant in the class to deal with all kind of issues during a class. As patience and kindness is the key for any teacher. By doing so I can show them a good example as well as encourage them to be patient if they are going through a hard time or having difficulties in understanding a lesson. It is a great satisfaction when a slow leaner or a difficult students understand the concept and follow my methods. The effectiveness of the teaching philosophy or methods can be proved by frequent feedback from the students as well as from the parents.

In conclusion my teaching goals are to create a generation who not only just believe in Islam but also practice Islam and are well prepared for their life as well as their studies.
